Confirmation Class Adult Volunteers
4:00pm-5:15pm on Wednesdays during the school year
Interaction with faithful adults is important for young people. Confirmation parents are asked to come to confirmation class at least twice a year. Other caring adults may volunteer too! We have had some excellent grandparent volunteers in recent years. 

Volunteers will not have to do any heavy lifting, but will have a chance to visit with the youth, help the teachers with small tasks, and sit in with small group time. To sign up, click here!

Fall Youth Events (see attached poster)
On the last day of class this spring, the 6th and 7th graders were asked how they would like to participate in youth activities outside of worship and Confirmation class. Deacon Tara and Pastor Stephanie paid attention to their responses and have planned activities this year according to what the youth said they want.

This fall, we are excited to offer a Middle School Bible Study! Eight students indicated interest in Bible Study, which is enough to get something started. All are welcome! Look for future announcements about dates, times, and location.

There was also solid interest in things like dodgeball, seasonal cooking and baking, a lock-in, game night, and camping. While we’ll save camping for the spring, we’ve created a schedule for the rest of these requests throughout the fall semester! If they’re really popular, some events like dodgeball, game night, and cooking/baking, will repeat.

Events are free for confirmands because they are included in the annual dues! Friends are both invited and encouraged! These events will not happen without commitment from the youth to attend; pre-registration will be required. Click here to register now!
